Credit First National Association has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The Plain Dealer, the major newspaper for the Cleveland metro area. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
This is the second consecutive year CFNA has been named to the Top Workplaces list. According to Brian Zempel, CFNA President, the award is an honor that reflects the exemplary work ethic shown daily by the more than 350 CFNA employees.
“I am extremely proud of our loyal and engaged workforce. Our second Top Workplace award truly reflects our teammates’ commitment to building and maintaining an inclusive environment where we can focus on taking care of each other, our customers, and our communities,” said Brian. “We thrive together because we prioritize communication, celebrate our achievements together, and inspire each other to be better every day. This is a great honor that our teammates have created for our organization.”
"During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business."
