Chris Nicastro was named Bridgestone West Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCPO) in January 2024. In these roles, Nicastro is responsible for the Legal, Security/Risk, and Standards and Regulations/Government Affairs organizations across the West.

In addition, Nicastro serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Vice Chair of the Board for Bridgestone Americas as well as Vice President and Senior Officer of Bridgestone Corporation and Vice Chair of the Board, Bridgestone EMEA.

Nicastro joined Bridgestone in 2008 as General Counsel for Latin America and Corporate Compliance for Bridgestone Americas. Prior to joining Bridgestone, Nicastro spent seven years as Assistant General Counsel for Yazaki North America, Inc. in Canton, Michigan. He had earlier worked as an in-house corporate attorney at Marconi Data Systems, Inc., in Wood Dale, Illinois.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, Nicastro served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ann C. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Nicastro lives in Nashville, Tenn.
